Payment Policy

This page covers how you can pay at New Chahat Fashion, when you're charged, and how we keep your payment details safe.

Ways to Pay

At checkout you can pay with:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • JCB
  • Diners Club
  • Discover

We don't accept cash on delivery, checks, money orders or bank transfers.

Prices and Currency

All prices are in US Dollars (USD), and you're charged in USD. If your card was issued outside the US, your bank may add a conversion fee or use its own exchange rate. Those charges come from your bank, not from us.

When You're Charged

Your card is charged the full amount when you place your order. That includes the items, shipping and sales tax. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you and refund that item right away.

Sales Tax

We add state and local sales tax automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address. You'll see the total before you pay.

Discount Codes and Gift Cards

  • One discount code can be used per order unless the offer says otherwise.
  • Codes can't be added after an order is placed.
  • Gift cards and store credit can be applied at checkout. They have no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash except where the law says otherwise.

Order Checks

To protect you and us from fraud, some orders get a quick manual check before we pack them. This is more likely with large orders, mismatched billing and shipping addresses, or orders from new accounts. We may email or call you to confirm a detail. This can add a short delay. If we can't verify an order, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Billing Details Must Match

The billing name, address and card details you enter must match what your card issuer has on file. A mismatch is the most common reason a payment fails.

If Your Payment Is Declined

Double-check the card number, expiry date, security code and billing address. If everything's right, call your bank, since they sometimes block online purchases for safety. You can also try another card or payment method. Still stuck? Contact us.

Pricing Mistakes

We work hard to get prices right, but errors happen. If we spot one on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before packing it. You can then choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment Security

Payments are handled by Shopify's encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first. We'd like the chance to fix it, and it's usually quicker than a dispute with your bank.
