Terms of service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Welcome to New Chahat Fashion. These terms apply when you visit our website or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who We Are

New Chahat Fashion is a small store selling fashion and accessories online and in-store.

Who Can Use This Site

You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian needs to place the order for you. We sell and ship to customers in the United States.

Your Account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you make an account, you're responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done under your account. If you think someone else is using it, email us right away.

Products and Pricing

  • We try to show colors, sizes and details accurately. Screens vary, so a color may look slightly different in person.
  • Measurements and size guides are a helpful guide, not a guarantee. Fit can vary a little by style and fabric. Please review color and size details before you order.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice.
  • We can limit quantities, stop selling a product, or correct a pricing mistake at any time.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we email you a shipping confirmation. We can refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, a pricing error, an item being out of stock, or an address we can't ship to. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund.

Payment, Shipping and Returns

These parts of the store each have their own page. Placing an order means you agree to them:

  • Give us false or misleading information
  • Try to get into parts of the site, accounts or systems that you shouldn't
  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools without our permission

We can suspend or block access if these rules are broken.

Reviews and Messages You Send Us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you're allowing us to display and use it on our site and social channels. It must be your own, truthful and respectful. We can remove anything that isn't.

Third-Party Services

Our store runs on Shopify, and we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Our Privacy Policy explains how those services handle data. Links to outside sites are for convenience, and we aren't responsible for what's on them.

Limit of Liability

To the extent the law permits, New Chahat Fashion isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the site or our products, including delays caused by carriers or other outside services. If we are found responsible for a claim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Indemnity

If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms leads to a claim or loss against us, you agree to cover those costs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New York, unless the law says otherwise.
